Crystal tulle has medium stiffness and a subtle sheen that reads as a light shimmer in the light. It is nicely sheer and holds its shape, so it is used for voluminous ball gown and wedding skirts, petticoats and children's dresses.
Unlike matte tulle, it has a soft sheen, giving the skirt a fresher, more festive look.
