Description
A matte tulle with no sheen and medium stiffness. It holds its shape and adds volume to a skirt, making it ideal for the under-layers of wedding and ball gown skirts, petticoats, tutus, costumes and stage decorations.
For a skirt that is full but not stiff, combine it with soft fine tulle: the stiffer tulle inside, the fine tulle on top.
