Description
A firm, mouldable crinoline tape, 5 cm wide. Ideal for fascinators, smaller hats and ribbon accessories, as well as for stiffening the hems of light tulle skirts.
Sew the crinoline to the wrong side of the skirt, right along the edge: the hem will stand out slightly and the skirt will look fuller.
