A firm, mouldable crinoline tape, 8 cm wide. It is used for making hats and fascinators and for stiffening skirt hems, which then hold their shape and form lovely waves.
The wider crinoline is suitable for heavier fabrics, satin skirts and hats. For light tulle skirts, we recommend the 5 cm crinoline.
